CANCELLATION POLICY

All services are by appointment only. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, incur a 100% fee. All cancellation fees must be paid within 24 hours of the missed service and must be completed before another appointment can be booked.
